Sharon M. (Harris) Martell

Sharon Marie (Harris) Martell, 60, of Curwensville, passed peacefully on Jan. 13, 2026, at 6:06 p.m. at Penn Highlands DuBois.

Born in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, Sharon devoted her life to caring for others. She worked for approximately 15 years at DDJ Manufacturing before pursuing a career in healthcare starting at Clearfield Hospital as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Sharon later worked at Penn Highlands DuBois, where she was known for her compassion, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others grow in their careers. She was a hard worker and an inspiration to many.

Sharon enjoyed crocheting, sewing, playing bingo, dancing, and spending time with friends. She was a member of the Curwensville Moose and the Sandy Hose Fire Hall. Sharon was known for her infectious smile and her ability to make people laugh, bringing joy wherever she went.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John A. Harris and Phyllis M. Harris; her sister, Susan K. Harris; her nieces, Jalissa and Logan; her late ex-husband and love of her life, Marlin Martell and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Sharon is survived by her significant other, Rick Hagen; her sister, Paula Harris (Jessie Morgan); her longtime friend, Lori Mehok; her nieces, Kiersten Wallace (Aidan Bilek) and Kayla (Wallace) Warner; her nephew, Mitchell Stiles (Isabella Pollack); her great-nieces, Kashlynn, Raelynn, and Taelynn; her great-nephews, Duke, Wesson, and Gunnar; and several aunts and uncles.

Per Sharon's request there will be no funeral or viewing. There will be a celebration of life on Jan. 24, 2026, at the Curwensville Moose, from 3 - 8 p.m.

Sharon will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
